Yes — everything we sell is authentic branded footwear. We source directly from licensed factories, authorized surplus stockists, and overstock lots from markets including the UAE, UK, USA, China and Southeast Asia. Some pairs may have minor cosmetic imperfections or non-standard packaging, which is typical of surplus stock. Any known issues are mentioned in the individual product description.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders above Rs. 5,000 ship free nationwide. Orders below Rs. 5,000 are charged a flat Rs. 350 delivery fee. For international orders, delivery charges vary — contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.

How do I determine the correct size for me?

Each product page has a size chart — click it before ordering. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us at 0331-533-3367 and we'll help you pick the right fit. And if the size doesn't work out, we offer a 15-day exchange policy.

How will you deliver my order?

Your order is dispatched via a registered courier service to your provided address. For COD orders, the courier collects payment at the door upon delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days. During sale events or holidays, it may take up to 7 working days.

Can I open cash on the delivery parcel before making payment?

No — courier partners require payment before opening the parcel. However, if there's any issue with your order, our 15-day exchange policy has you covered.

How can I track my order?

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
